Hi, i am currently having problems getting and RTK ‘FIXED’ and am wondering if it would be possible for me to increase the sensitivity of my gps signal by using an external gps antenna. Is this a sound solution? Currently my DP0503 would fluctuate between DGNSS and RTK ‘FLOAT’. Are there any recommendations for external GPS antennas? May I also know what the pins on the side of DP0503 are for?
You can use an external GPS antenna with this module https://store.drotek.com/DP0501.
Thank you for the suggestion! I have however already bought the DP0503 and was hoping to be able to use an external GPS antenna on it. Might I know it that would be possible? Also, may I know what the pins on the side of DP0503 are for?
It not possible since this version has an internal antenna. The pins on the side is used for the communication with the magnetometer and the M8P.
Ok, thank you!
