I have bought the Drotek M8N XXL Version and the GPS Shield from your shop. Now my question is how I have to connect the GPS module to the Shield to increase reception. I have read that one should solder a wire to the antenna case and connect it to the shield, however there is no antenna case on the M8N. Do I just use the ground wire?

You don’t have to add a shield with this GPS. Don’t touch at the size please.

Look at the magneto connector on the GPS please. There is a pin with “-”.
You can use this wire and soldered on the ground of your shield.
