NEO-M8N GPS Version XL - FIX Led won't blink

Hello,

i have a NEO-M8N GPS with compass. After connection to the computer the power LED is on, but the FIX LED won’t blink after 3D-Fix. I started u-center to confirm that a valid position was acquired.

I assume that the FIX LED is connected to the TIMEPULSE Pin (a schematic would be wonderful) and checked the configuration if the timepuls is activated. An increase of the pulse length to 500ms shows no improvement.
Have i missed something?
