But I noticed that the correct cables are not in the picture. Will you include the proper cables for APM (compass and GPS) if I leave a comment while ordering?

No sorry just the JWT cable.
How should I connect it to APM 2.6?
Do I need to solder to 3.3V?
What is PIN out for gps port and I2C on APM 2.6 to connect that Neo-M8N?
I don’t know the APM but I believe the level voltage pin should be 5V.
So you have to enable the 5v side on the the GPS.
